outStreamCreated Event also when HTTP Stream is starting?

Dear EvoStream Community and Support Team, Does EvoStream also gets the event "outStreamCreated" and "outStreamClosed" when a viewer starts playing a HTTP Stream? How can i handle my business logic with HTTP Stream? So does the "evo-webserver" providing "evostreamms" this information? thank you for your time and help best regards
