Question on EMS

this morning at 8:00 AM, Internet of we had problem, internet is down, we can’t access everything,
After internet is comeback but we had checked evostream software, evostream software is shutdown and all configurations is lost
My Question “This is problems is bug or Evostream software policy? “,

Hi,
The EMS push/pull configuration file, pushPullSetup.xml, is usually updated when you perform commands like pullstream, createhlsstream, record, launchprocess, etc. In case it is missing after power failure, there will usually be a backup named like this: pushPullSetup.xml.1490955777, where the added extension is a timestamp. The timestamp can be decoded by entering it here: https://www.epochconverter.com/.
Simply rename the file to pushPullSetup.xml (removing the timestamp) and restart the EMS.
