Recaptcha error on request free trial form

Hi EvoStream Team I have a problem with the provided free trial form on https://evostream.com/free-trial/. I’ve been following the links from the one that listed on Documentation of obtaining license.
I’ve made an email to the sales support for my trial request, but it will be better if the free trial request form ReCaptcha issue is resolved.
