RTMP port 1935 is not connecting sometimes

Hello. I have purchased the perpetual license for EvoStream and I\’m facing the following issue. Sometimes, the RTMP port 1935 is not connecting.
Error loading stream: Could not connect to server
I get that message on the browser\’s video player. EvoStream needs to be restarted and this issue disappears for a while but it resurfaces after a couple of hours. I\’m not sure what the problem is please advice.

May we know what video player are you using?
Can you please send the whole logs to salesupport@evostream.com?

Hi. We’re using jwplayer, version 6.11.4923
