RTSP fix frame rate

: I have as input stream rtmp with variable frame rate. If I test RTSP output stream it has – suppose – also variable frame rate. How can I get as ouput RTSP with fixed frame rate? I cannot find any information about it in documentation and forum.

Sorry, could you rephrase your question, I’m not sure if we understood it correctly. How did you have an input RTMP stream here, and how did you have your outbound RTSP? Did you pull your RTMP stream? Are you expecting EMS to output a fixed frame rate even though the inbound stream has a variable frame rate?

I just send RTMP (from mobile app) with variable frame rate to EMS with URI rtmp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1935/live and EMS generate utput RTPS stream at rtsp://127.0.0.1:5544/test. And I would like to have fixed frame rate in this stream. As far I know ffmpeg or avconv can transcode stream with forced fixed frame rate, but I know if its possible with EMS transcode functionality.
