RTSP issue

Please find the required files in attachment . I am able to get direct stream from the url while i am using VLC Media player but when i am adding same RTSP url in your software then it shows added but doesn’t show in the list even after updating the list. Jut for info i am sharing the pushPullSetup.xml where it keeps URL after adding in the list. Please check and guide me how to resolve my problem
