RTSP streaming issue in Android devices

Hi, We are using Evostream Media Server and using an Android 4.0 ICS version device. We started the server and used a ts file to do RTSP streaming to an Android device. When we typed url in the android box, rtsp://ipaddress:port/vod/filename.ts, the box is responding as " Sorry, this video cannot be played " as error message.
