Stream from Android App to Evostream

I Am developing an android app in order to trace a school bus. The trace must be doing with GPS tracking and video streaming. I would like stream live video from the android app to an evoserver machine.Can you tell me if are there any specific API which i can use to say me the procedure or parameters in order to establish the connection between the app and the evoserver.
