Stream Name on App / DVR support

Questions: Is it possible to create a new user for each stream name on a application ? Evostream is only useful for us if a stream can be assigned to a single user and only this user is allowed to publish to this stream. As is can see at the moment all users in the user config file can publish to all streams correct me if this is not true. Does the Evostream support ffmpeg pushing the h.264 stream to the stream server?the crtmpserver seem doesn’t support the ffmpeg I don’t know whether the Evostream support it? Does the Evostream support DVR? I Record the stream to the disk and I can replay it in the m3u8 as time as index?
