streaming questions

We are looking for a video streaming solution for 1-to-many broadcasts. These are the must have requirements and optional ones: If you can indicate your suggestion/support/details on them. 1. iOS (an SDK required) 2. Android (an SDK required) 3. Video source (broadcast) to be mobile 4. Server hosted on our cloud 5. Web support on Macs and PCs. Browsers targeted are Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE and Edge (IE and Edge are preferred to have support on) 6. Low latency (please specify what latency to expect) 7. Protocol is encrypted (transport encrypted) 8. Must work with corporate firewalls, which means stream over port 443 (80 for signaling may work, but data must be encrypted) Nice to have (optional): 1. Automatic bit rate adjustment to adapt to different networks and bandwidths 2. Windows phone support 3. Browser support for Opera, Vivaldi 4. Broadcast from web 5. DVR functionality to pause and rewind Store media for playback later (archive and playback). Where are files stored?
