Transcoding Crash on Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi,
if I add an rtmp transcoding process in evostreamms it crashes after few seconds. I’m on Windows Server 2012 R2.
The command on telnet is something like that:
transcode source=videosource groupName=group1 videoBitrates=500k,250k destinations=stream500,stream250
It appears a window (attached): evo-avconv.exe has stopped working
Log attached too.
