UDP multicast

I tested Evostream media server. We need to stream by UDP multicast a file in loop, this are for 3 different files to 3 different channels. I already configure as per your manual a pseudo-vod and it works as expected, but we need the UDP stream in:
Codec: MPEG-2
Bit rate: constant
Fill with null packet
The multicast are inputs for a TV system Arris CAP 1000.
Please tell me, how to configure that. Because this are we need to make a decision to purchase your product.
