unable to play rtmp

I add this source to EMS with name stream10
rtmp://tp01.videocc.net/jkwshk/jkwshk
but I can not play rtmp://x.x.x.x/live/stream10 (x.x.x.x is my EMS’s IP address)
how to solve this?
