Upgrading evostreams-web package is DANGEROUS

It tramples all config files like /var/www/evostreams/evowebservices/config/config.ini and /var/www/EMS_Web_UI/settings/account-settings.php (without asking the user if they want to use new version or keep existing version like other package upgrades do)
