Upload mp4 recording file to Amazon S3

I read that has a plugin to upload HDS and HLS chunks to S3 bucket, but our case is different we need record smal mp4 1 min, and upload them to S3 for VOD deliver.
Is this feature supported? or we can see the plugin code to adapt them?
