URGENT HELPME BROADCAST RTP URL

hello friends I have a query. I have a client that has an ip of this type rtp :/ / @ 239.0.0.1:1234 that plays well with vlc. I use this url as rtp to carry another country and have it play in a set top box. Unrecognized ingest this and play on a set top box?
