VoD – output RTMP

The main idea of what I want it is a pause/stop/seek functionality for RTMP (HLS) stream
I know about VoD in EMS it’s cool but it is not what I want.
I know, if I upload file to EMS VoD folder I can play video (with full control – play/pause etc)
My First Point:
our engine provides YUV and PCM streams and we have a special API for controlling this engine (we can send command to generate frames from required position of media, send "pause" or "continue" command)I want to provide to EMS my streams and EMS should process those streams like standard VoD – output RTMP will support pause/stop (not live video)
Solution:
1. getting time position from played media from client player
2. EMS send this position to our Engine (through my "layer" – "layer" using EMS SDK for sending required position to Engine, RTMP protocol support it)
3. Engine start generate YUV/PCM (from new position)
4. EMS provide YUV/PCM to client’s player
Any suggestion?
