Webcam recording and notifications to external server

Hello! I posted this on crtmpserver group. Re-posting it here. Please let me know how to go about this. How do I test the required features below? I’m building an application and looking for a Flash Media Server which can do the following: a) Record stream from webcam and dump it to uniquely identifiable location on disk. b) Notify an external server about the progress(started, interrupted, ended etc) of recording (preferably over HTTP). The idea is to use FMS for recording and streaming and use another server to handle rest of the application. Please let me know how I can get this working. Does the paid version (Evostream) support this out of the box? Thanks, Ram
