What do these errors mean in the evostream log and how to get rid of them?
Hi, I got some errors frequently in the evostream error log and I’d like to know what they mean and how I can get rid of. This problem may cause the streams not to start on mobile devices (file streaming (vod), groupname aliases are enabled). But the weird is that this problem doesn’t appear every time with the same video.

Hi,
Does the problem appear only with a particular stream source?
Have you tried other stream sources? Do they show the same behavior?

Don
Hi,
Thank you for your reply
Yes, I’ve tried with other sources and I got the same symptom with similar error messages. We have an other evostream instance on which I haven’t recognized this error, but that is a 7.0 custom build of evostream. But now we don’t have the possibility to try it on the other system
Hi,
Could you send the complete log files for the one that’s working and the one that’s failing using the same source stream?
If you could also email the configuration files, that would be helpful.
Cheers,
Don
