why "fcs/ident2" does return internal ip instead of a 404?

when running evostream on aws, it returns a private ip when “/fcs/ident2” is requested as part of the RTMPT connection. According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real-Time_Messaging_Protocol#HTTP_tunneling_.28RTMPT.29, it should return a 404.
