How To Connect To IP Camera without Static IP

I am aware I can start an Evostream instance
I also have purchased an installed a runs local version of Evostream
but I would like to know how to add Evostream to an existing AWS instance.

Is your existing AWS instance includes EMS? What OS are you using? Windows or Linux?

No existing instance does not have EMS yet
I would like to know how to add EMS to this instance?
And it is on Linux
