Need transcode RTMP video+audio stream to RTMP audio stream

Hello guys,
Can you show me the example of the "transcode" command to transcode RTMP stream which contains video and audio to other RTMP stream which contains audio only.
Incoming RTMP stream contains audio in "speex" format. I need to save same audio format.
