pausing video

Something not mandatory for my needs but would have been interesting: I saw you have a function to stop streaming (shutdownStream localstreamname=RTSPTest), is there a way to stop all streaming at the same time, and rerun them? (else I will just block the port with iptables). Also in the same idea, would it be possible to insert a "pause video" during the streaming of a movie: we need sometimes to broadcast a message (either blank, or better a real message). Maybe you already got this kind of request, to insert mandatory ads. but in my case this is not for ads. thanks.
