Recording and HLS

Hi, I have referred document regarding but i am not able to do recording stream. We need all our incoming streams to be recorded. we cannot add each stream manually. Please let us know if there is any way to do so. We also have issues playing HLS stream. We did the same way mentioned in document but its not working. It would be great if you can give any other reference document for that.
