Still not able to play using websockets, still not getting support from EvoStream

Hello, I’m still waiting over a week for help on this:

Can't add streams

  If before I was on trial period, now even as a paying customer I’m not getting any support/service from your company. Can I get someone to contact directly? as clearly this forum isn’t helpful enough.   Thanks
