Transcode MPEGTS stream to H.264 iOS stream

I am using the HTTP interface and then Base64 encoding the parameters to send commands to EVO Stream. How do i transcode a MPEGTS stream in H.264/ACC to make it viewable on the iphone? Is there a sample with all the parameter values to trancode the video and audio? Thanks
